Product Description

Communication power supply aluminum substrate requires 100% high voltage test. Some customers require DC power, and some require AC power. The voltage requires 1500V and 1600V for 5 seconds and 10 seconds. 100% printed board is used for testing. Dirt, holes on the board surface, burrs on the aluminum-based edges, wire sawtooth, and damage to any tiny insulation layer will cause fire, leakage, and breakdown of the high-voltage test.

Aluminum circuit boards are widely used in LED lighting industry as the good heat dissipation and energy saving. LED light circuit boards always use white solder mask oil because of the good reflective. Our aluminum circuit boards are made of highly reflective white oil, which is 3-5% more reflective than ordinary white oil, whiter and better.
